  3. 個 is a perfect match both semantically and phonetically. There are some varieties of Chinese (such as Teochew) that pronounce this character as /kai/, exactly the same as this word in Vietnamese. 个 would be more suited as a possessive derived from the general measure word, such as in Shanghainese/Wu geh.
