About "sầm uất"
I think "sầm uất" can be 岑蔚 or 岑欝 or 岑鬱 in Han-Nom. But I currently support 岑蔚 as the standard Han-Nom. The reasons are listed as follows:
- I searched the Vietnamese Google with the keywords "sầm uất 岑". And I found the most appeared character for "uất" is "蔚": [1].
- Only 岑蔚 can be found in 教育部重編國語辭典修訂本 (I think it is a reliable resource for traditional Chinese characters.), 岑欝 or 岑鬱 is not recorded in this dictionary.
- It shows 岑蔚 as the corresponding Han-Nom for "sầm uất" in 越汉词典
